Please review processing times carefully before placing your order.

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Ready-to-ship products are already in stock and will be prepared for shipment after your order is processed.

Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order hair generally requires approximately 5–10 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided to the email address or phone number entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

the.ashx.brand is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist where reasonably possible.
